The Dog Walker agrees to the following terms and conditions:

 

The Dog Walker will ensure that they have adequate and current Dog Walking Insurance relevant to the services being carried out. A copy of the insurance policy will be available on request.

 

The Dog Walker will adhere to Council Bylaws and walk no more than a maximum of four dogs at one time.

 

The Dog Walker will adhere to all Council Bylaws pertaining to Dog Walking in the area their services are being carried out.

 

The Dog Walker will ensure they have a current DBS Certificate.

 

The Dog Walker will care for the dogs to the best of their ability in a reliable manner.

 

The Dog Walker will keep secure and confidential any keys, alarm codes, passcodes, access codes and personal information and

return them at the end of their contract.

 

The Dog Walker will clean up any dog waste and dispose of it.

 

The Dog Walker will not be liable for any injuries to the dog/s that are caused by the animals or people outside of the Dog Walker’s control.

 

The Dog Walker will not be liable for any incident that occurs during transportation of the dogs to a vet.

 

The Dog Walker has the right to review and terminate a contract at any given time. 

 

The Dog Walker will inform the Dog Owner of any injuries sustained while in their care, or if the dog has become unwell. 

 

The Dog Walker will inform the Dog Owner if the dog has been taken to a veterinary clinic or has received medical attention while in their care.

 

If the dog is not vaccinated, the Dog Owner will have fraudulently entered into a contract with Lito’s Banditos Dog Walking and as such will have done so at the Dog Owner’s risk. As such, the Dog Walker will not be liable for any illness/infection that develops following a walk which is normally covered by vaccinations. 

 

The Dog Walker has the right to suspend any further contractual walks if leashes, harnesses, muzzles, collars are not correctly fitted and secured as to not present a risk to themselves or others. The Dog Owner will inform the Dog Owner of such risks, and contracted walks will resume once the Dog Walker is satisfied that the issue has been rectified.

 

The Dog Walker will collect, store and process data in accordance with GDPR 2018. See separate Privacy Policy for full information.
